چکیده

This article is aim to investigate the functional role and potential regulatory mechanisms of solute carrier family 35 member D3 (SLC35D3) in colorectal cancer. Beyond analyzing databases, western blot was used detect verify expression SLC35D3. Cell proliferation invasion or migration ability were detected by CCK-8, EdU, Transwell assays. Animal experiments conducted if biological function SLC35D3 vivo consistent with that vitro. SLC pathway enrichment analysis, relationship between metabolic AMPK explored using co-immunoprecipitation blot. highly expressed cancer (CRC) tissue. The overexpression down regulation has been shown promote inhibit functions cancer, similar experimental results can be verified experiments. Based on high correlation pathways, we chose metabolic-related as subject our research. Co-immunoprecipitation protein analysis demonstrated may bind molecules regulate cells. above facts, promotes progression through regulating signaling pathway.

TLE4 promotes colorectal cancer progression through activation of JNK/c-Jun signaling pathway

The Groucho transcriptional co-repressor TLE4 protein has been shown to be a tumor suppressor in a subset of acute myeloid leukemia. However, little is known about its role in development and progression of solid tumor. In this study, we found that the expression of TLE4 in colorectal cancer (CRC) tissues was significantly higher than that in their matched adjacent intestine epithelial tissues....

colorectal cancer and nf-?b signaling pathway

colorectal cancer (crc) is the second leading cause of cancer death. progress has been made in the development of chemotherapy for advanced crc. targeted therapies against vegf or egfr are now commonly used. however, many cases show that tolerance develops to such treatments; therefore, new strategies are required to replace or complement current therapies. nuclear factor-?b (nf-?b) transcripti...

MiR-96 induced non-small-cell lung cancer progression through competing endogenous RNA network and affecting EGFR signaling pathway

Objective(s): Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) has become a serious global health problem in the 21st century, and tumor proliferation and metastasis are the leading causes of death in patients  with lung cancer. The present study aimed to verify the function of miR-96 and miR-96 in relation to competing with endogenous RNA regulatory network in NSCLC progression inc...

RHBDD1 promotes colorectal cancer metastasis through the Wnt signaling pathway and its downstream target ZEB1

Background: 40–50% of colorectal cancer (CRC) patients develop metastatic disease; the presence of metastasis hinders the effective treatment of cancer through surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy, which makes 5-year survival rate extremely low; therefore, studying CRC metastasis is crucial for disease therapy. In the present study, we investigated the role of rhomboid domain containing 1 (RH...
